Our Practice operates a practice based complaints procedure as outlined in regulation 23 of the Independent Healthcare Regulations(N.I.) 2005. Details are on display in reception and a copy is available on request from the practice or from: RQIA, 9th Floor, Riverside Tower, 5 Lanyon Place, BELFAST, BT1 3BT. Tel:90517500 A copy of the most recent practice inspection report is also available from RQIA A copy of our practice’s most recent Patient Satisfaction Survey results are available for viewing in  reception.
